"After serving as Chairman for many years, it was time for me to step down as Chair of the Delegation to devote more time to my business as I have been very stretched as a Legislator. We elected Mary Sue to lead our Delegation by a unanimous vote and it shows how much we think of her leadership abilities as a Legislator and how proud we are to have her in the Legislature.
